Every project, from a new build to a luxury renovation, begins with a personal consultation with David Lewis. As with all masterpieces, yours starts with an idea and vision of what could be. During the consultation process, David brings his expertise into partnership with your vision:

Yes. To capture a client’s vision and to add value to the consultative process, David Lewis prefers to visit the construction or renovation site with the client during the consult phase.

Yes. Clients who are already working with an architect or designer are welcome to continue to do so. During the consultation phase, David will review and analyze the current status of your project and team to build a solid foundation for progress.

04 | EXCAVATION & BUILD PHASE

Within the excavation and build phase of each project, David Lewis Builder establishes a healthy and productive pace in alignment with the scope, timeline and vision of the project. Our crews and partners adhere to standards of accountability and communication as a necessary requirement in order to achieve success in every phase of completion. The project management team at David Lewis Builder provides consistent, experienced oversight throughout the project as well as transparent communication with the client as the fulfillment of our commitment to provide an outstanding experience from start to finish.

David Lewis and our project management team personally oversee every project and remain in constant communication with sub-contractors and partners to ensure crews are meeting deadlines and achieving target objectives.

If you have any questions or concerns during the build phase, you may contact the foreman or call our office for dispatch to message the appropriate person.

Once excavation and construction begins, please contact our project management team to arrange a visit to your construction site. For your safety, do not explore or inspect the site without a designated escort.
