David Lewis was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. His leadership and expertise is the culmination of a lifelong career in construction that spans nearly 40 years.

David began his career as a carpenter where he learned the importance of hands on workmanship and work ethic. During his tenure as a foreman with a volume builder, he managed an aggressive construction schedule, a demanding workload and a tight budget. His passion for residential construction was bolstered by experience on high-rise structures as a commercial project manager.

David has built a residential portfolio ranging from period restoration of historic estates to sleek contemporary dwellings. His personal tastes and design-build projects draw inspiration from the open Mediterranean layouts of Addison Mizner to the modern, environmentally-integrated works of Lake-Flato.

Driven by a desire to create an architectural masterpiece perfectly suited to each client’s vision as well as the surrounding landscape, David Lewis brings an uncompromising artistic eye to perfectly optimize the location, landscape and architectural details, creating a beautiful harmony between the natural environment and the construction itself. David will work closely together with the architect and owner to capture all the beauty in the surrounding landscape and takes great care to ensure the house is situated perfectly for the environment. By walking the property, evaluating the sunset, the winds, the seasons, and the client’s vision, David designs extraordinary homes and ranches all across North Texas.

David Lewis understands that you can't construct a quality product without truly exceptional people, and he has hand-selected his team to reflect that doctrine. Many of his craftsmen and subcontractors have worked with him over 20 years. By retaining a talented workforce, he is able to ensure consistency on every project.

David and his wife Toni reside in Crestwood with their dobermans.
